We wish you a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable stay. The following guidelines help us maintain the property to a high standard and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

During Your Stay

• Please remove shoes at the entrance (shoe rack provided). Indoor slippers and socks are welcome.
• No food in bedrooms or carpeted living areas.
• Please keep the kitchen dry and store food appropriately.
• Keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning or heating is operating.
• Switch off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
• Please remove makeup before using towels; makeup removal towels are provided.
• Avoid sitting on indoor furniture with wet clothing or swimwear.
• Please do not remove the black security keys from sliding doors or windows.
• If anything requires attention during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.

Respect for Neighbours

• No parties or events are permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Please be respectful of neighbouring residents, particularly when using outdoor areas in the evening.

Nature & Outdoor Areas

• Mairena Residence is located on a mountainside surrounded by nature, birds, and local wildlife.
• If an insect enters the apartment, please gently guide it back outside whenever possible.
• Please store food indoors and avoid leaving food outside overnight.
• If rain is expected, kindly cover outdoor furniture when not in use.
• Help us preserve the natural environment by treating outdoor spaces with care.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. Please use an ashtray and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
